A CONNECTED CHINA OPERATION
The China supply chain workflow.

Identify suppliers, products, expected SKU quantities and actual destination countries.
Keep: Supplier/purchase references and product or sample versions.
Prepare the supplier brief - 02
Approve the service scope
Agree receiving, checks, storage, packing and dispatch work before goods move.
Keep: Scope version, affected quantities, charge responsibility and named approver.
Record the approved scope - 03
Receive & reconcile in Guangzhou
Match supplier arrivals and record received quantities or differences for your decision.
Keep: Expected, received and held quantities; receiving and release decisions separately.
Prepare the receiving handover - 04
Prepare & allocate stock
Approve packing versions and allocate stock to orders or release batches.
Keep: Dated physical, held, reserved and available quantities with the allocation approval.
Approve the stock allocation - 05
Release orders or replenishment
Approve customer parcels or cartons for your appointed operator before dispatch.
Keep: Final contents, measured weights/dimensions, instruction versions and named shipment responsibilities.
Prepare the shipment release pack - 06
Review & replenish
Reconcile actual releases and outstanding exceptions before the next supplier batch.
Keep: Dated stock balance, remaining reservations, approved adjustments and next-batch decisions.
Review the remaining stock
START WITH AN AGREED FIRST BATCH
Validate the first batch.
Choose a manageable stock batch and release quantity together. Agree the work, evidence and charges before suppliers send goods, then review the result before increasing the scope.
- 01
Confirm acceptance & scope
Identify goods, suppliers, SKUs, arrival quantities, checks and destinations. Approve the written quote and obtain receiving instructions.
- 02
Reconcile the first arrivals
Review received quantities and recorded differences. Confirm which stock is available and what stays held for your decision.
- 03
Approve preparation & a trial release
Confirm the packing version, order or carton file, final quantities and accepted route. Resolve open exceptions before release.
- 04
Review the work & next batch
Check agreed receiving, packing and dispatch records, remaining stock and charges. Decide whether to repeat the batch, revise the instructions or begin ongoing 3PL.
