Reading a page or starting a chat does not book warehouse space, accept goods or authorize dispatch. Confirm each service and its commercial terms in writing before work begins.
1. Scope, authority and contract formation
These terms cover the SINO CEP Insight website operated by JETON EXPRESS SERVICE LIMITED. “You” includes a visitor and a business they are authorized to represent. Use the website responsibly and supply truthful information you are entitled to share.
A chat, template, calculation or inquiry is a request for review. A service requires written acceptance of the contracting party, goods, scope, responsibilities, price and prerequisites. Written communications may record agreed instructions; an unanswered request is not acceptance. Do not send stock to an address or assume a reserved capacity before receiving confirmation.
An expressly agreed service contract and incorporated transport documents govern that engagement, subject to mandatory law. These website terms do not supply missing carrier, insurance or warehouse conditions.
2. Quotation scope, charges and payment
Confirm currency, validity, quantities, SKU count, packing measurements, destination, work inclusions, exclusions, minimum charges and payment dates. Ask how receiving, inspection, labeling, materials, packing, storage, pick-and-pack, consolidation, freight, returns and special handling are priced.
Chargeable weight or volume follows the agreed route and measurement rules; website planning briefs and templates do not produce a binding freight or storage rate. Re-measurement, unexpected work, changed quantities or third-party charges may require a revised quotation. Confirm material scope and cost changes before additional work proceeds, except any urgent action permitted by the agreement or law.
Duties, VAT, customs examinations, destination handling, appointments, remote-area delivery, demurrage, detention and insurance are included only when expressly stated. The website does not collect payment-card details. Verify the payee and any changed payment instructions through an established contact before paying.
3. Lawful goods, documentation and ownership
You must have authority to instruct handling of the goods and use the product descriptions, packaging artwork, barcodes and customer data you provide. Give accurate quantities, values, origin, weights, dimensions and required documentation. Do not misdescribe contents or ask for false declarations.
Disclose batteries, liquids, chemicals, food, cosmetics, medical products, temperature needs, fragile goods and other regulated or special cargo before acceptance. Goods remain subject to route, warehouse, carrier, sanctions and import/export requirements. Illegal, counterfeit, prohibited or undeclared dangerous goods may be refused or handling suspended in accordance with the agreement and law.
Receiving goods does not by itself transfer ownership or authenticate a brand. Your product compliance and intellectual-property obligations remain relevant throughout the service.
4. Receiving, supplier consolidation and discrepancy records
Obtain the receiving address, booking instructions, references, delivery window and packing-list requirements before sending stock. Identify suppliers, cartons, SKUs, variants, quantities and any lots, serial numbers or expiry dates needed for your operation.
Specify whether receiving checks cover outer carton counts, unit counts, visible condition, labels or another agreed check. A carrier delivery scan does not establish a completed warehouse count, and an outer carton check does not verify every unit inside.
Unexpected shortages, damage, unlabeled stock or mixed variants should be recorded and referred for instructions. Confirm how exceptions affect quarantine, storage, rework and release. Consolidation combines identified arrivals within the agreed scope; it does not automatically include repacking, product testing or combining unrelated orders.
5. Sourcing, inspection and sample approval
Agree the supplier or sourcing role, approved specification, inspection criteria, sample size, tolerances, required photos or reports and who approves exceptions. Purchasing or production commitments require their own accepted scope and payment arrangements.
A visual, quantity or sample check reports findings within that scope; it is not a universal guarantee of quality, authenticity, safety or regulatory compliance. Certification, laboratory testing and comprehensive functional testing are separate services unless specifically agreed.
Distinguish an approved sample from later production or received inventory. Keep dated references for approved variants, packaging and changes. If goods fail agreed checks, confirm whether they should be held, reworked, returned to the supplier or released with an expressly recorded exception.
6. Storage, inventory reconciliation and release
Confirm the storage charging basis, any allowance or minimum period, special conditions, stock-report frequency, lot or expiry controls and authorized release contacts. Inventory records should distinguish received, available, held, allocated, prepared and dispatched quantities where needed for the agreed workflow.
Report suspected stock differences with the relevant SKU, receipt and release records. Reconciliation should identify the count method and cut-off time; a spreadsheet balance is not a guarantee of live availability. Do not rely on an unconfirmed stock level for a promised customer delivery.
Agree instructions for slow-moving stock, unpaid charges, account closure and stock removal. No universal free-storage period, automatic forfeiture, lien or disposal deadline is created by this page. Any right to hold, sell or dispose of goods must follow the service agreement and applicable law.
7. Marketplace preparation and packaging
Provide current destination and marketplace instructions, correct SKU mappings, barcodes, carton or pallet labels, shipment references and packaging specifications. Seller-account access, product eligibility and listing compliance remain your responsibility unless a specific responsibility is expressly accepted.
Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, TikTok Shop and Etsy-related preparation addresses the agreed work. It does not guarantee a fulfillment center will accept inventory, waive a marketplace fee or approve a seller account. WFS preparation discussed on this site is for confirmed US-bound arrangements.
Approve branded or neutral packaging, bundle contents, label placement and any special protective measures before work begins. Changed instructions, rejected labels, relabeling, additional materials or rework may affect cost and timing. Preparation confirmation and actual carrier handoff are separate records.
8. Order fulfillment, dispatch and changes
Confirm the order file, SKU and address format, cut-off times, service level, available stock, packing rules and responsibility for validating customer details. Supplier purchasing after each sale is not assumed to be part of stock-based two-step fulfillment.
Changes or cancellations must reach the authorized team before the applicable work stage. An instruction received after picking, packing, label purchase or carrier handoff may be impossible to implement or may create agreed costs. A change request is effective only when accepted.
A release approval or generated tracking number does not prove physical dispatch. Use the relevant handoff record and carrier acceptance events. Transit and receiving times are estimates unless a specific guarantee is expressly agreed; customs, congestion, weather, disruptions and recipient availability can affect outcomes.
9. Customs, tax and delivery responsibilities
Identify the exporter and importer of record, the party responsible for permits, classification, declared value, duties, taxes and the exact delivery point. Provide the commercial invoice, packing list and other documents required for the agreed route.
Customs authorities decide examination, valuation and release. Coordination or preparation does not guarantee clearance or replace necessary licences. “Door to door” does not automatically include duties paid, importer services, unloading or a delivery appointment.
An Incoterms® rule, named place and edition apply only when expressly incorporated into the relevant agreement. Keep responsibility for warehouse handling, carriage and ownership clear; no trade term is inferred solely from a website service title.
10. Returns, restocking and disposal
Confirm the return country, authorized receiving route, eligible goods, identification requirements, inspection brief, charges and maximum handling period before a return is sent. A mention of US, UK or European returns does not promise a permanent local facility or acceptance at any address.
Record the return reference, condition and agreed checks. Decide whether goods should be quarantined, repacked, relabeled, restocked, returned onward or disposed of. A return receipt does not by itself make a product saleable or authorize a customer refund.
Customer refunds and marketplace disputes remain subject to the relevant seller obligation and platform rules. Stock disposal, donation or destruction requires appropriate authority and compliance with the agreement and law; confirm the decision and required evidence in writing.
11. Insurance, damage, loss and claims
Cargo or stock insurance is not automatically included. If requested, obtain confirmation of the insurer, cover period, insured value, exclusions, deductible and claim procedure. A declared value, paid freight invoice or request for cover is not itself evidence that insurance is in force.
Inspect deliveries, note visible damage or shortages and contact the responsible team promptly. Preserve packaging, photographs, invoices, inspection findings, inventory and handoff records. Request the applicable notification requirements and deadlines immediately; deadlines can differ by mode, document, service and law.
Liability depends on the responsible party, accepted work, service agreement, transport documents and applicable mandatory law or convention. This website sets no universal compensation cap or blanket release from responsibility. Nothing excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Suspension, cancellation, refunds and disruption
Request cancellation or suspension as early as possible. Confirm its effect on work already performed, goods in storage, committed supplier or carrier costs and the onward release plan. Any cancellation charge or refund must follow the accepted terms, actual work and applicable law.
If a service cannot continue because of unsafe goods, missing documents, non-payment or disruption, the parties should clarify the reason, affected scope, available options and any agreed charges. Events beyond control do not create an unrestricted exemption from every duty; their effect follows the contract and law.
There is no universal website return, refund or free-cancellation period for all service types. Mandatory consumer or other statutory rights remain available where they apply.
13. Website use, complaints and future changes
Do not interfere with security, access restricted records, impersonate others, introduce malicious code or share unlawful material. Use downloads within the permission described in Legal Information. External platforms and providers have their own terms.
Raise concerns through WhatsApp or Telegram with the relevant reference, evidence and requested resolution. Governing law and dispute procedures should be identified in the applicable service agreement, subject to mandatory jurisdiction and rights. This website imposes no universal exclusive court or mandatory arbitration clause.
Updated website terms apply to future website use from their stated date. They do not retrospectively rewrite an existing contract. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent allowed by law.
