From supplier batch to Shoplazza release.
- 01
Reconcile China supplier stock
Identify supplier batches, count against the receiving brief and record unresolved goods. Use the approved available quantities for channel allocation.
- 02
Review the selected export
Check the actual XLSX sample and how multi-product rows carry order details. Approve SKU, quantity and recipient field mapping.
- 03
Approve states and destination batches
Use the merchant’s release-state mapping and destination split. Separate unresolved orders and unaccepted routes from the approved batch.
- 04
Return the batch outcome
Reconcile shipped item quantities and tracking by order and destination batch. Identify held quantities and the next merchant review.
Record the decision before releasing affected stock.
| What changed | Merchant decision and next action |
|---|---|
| Repeated details look like duplicate orders | Reconcile the actual row structure against order identity and prior release status before picking. |
| A closed or changed order remains in an older file | Pause the superseded record and use the approved replacement version or explicit merchant decision. |
| One destination route is unresolved | Hold its affected orders while the merchant reviews goods acceptance and the receiving model. |
