Reconcile supplier arrivals
Match the China supplier batch to the Guangzhou receiving record. Separate held goods from approved stock before allocating channel quantities.

Select the approved fulfillment records
Validate the actual export and chosen segment. Map reward levels, add-ons and options to physical components; record excluded or unresolved backers separately.

Approve complete kits and recipient versions
Compare received components with the final kit matrix. Confirm completed quantities, packing sample, address revision and accepted destination wave before release.

Reconcile the wave and remaining components
Return order-to-parcel and tracking records, excluded recipients and remaining component balances. Approve the next wave against the latest creator revision.
