- 01
Reconcile supplier arrivals
Match the China supplier batch to the Guangzhou receiving record. Separate held goods from approved stock before allocating channel quantities.
- 02
Identify the physical combination
Keep size, color or other combination choices with the product reference and selected shop. Map each sellable combination to the received Guangzhou SKU.
- 03
Separate store reservations
Approve the quantity reserved for each store and the balance available for another channel. Resolve any difference between platform stock and the Guangzhou operation record.
- 04
Return the combination-level balance
Record actual released quantities, remaining reservations and held goods under the correct store and order. Name the merchant contact approving stock updates.
Resolve the affected quantity before release.
| What changed | Decision and next action |
|---|---|
| A combination has no clear stock reference | Keep affected units outside the pick list until the merchant approves the combination-to-Guangzhou-SKU map. |
| One combination is short | Merchant approves waiting, a partial release or revised allocation. Keep the outstanding quantity attached to its original order. |
| The platform stock figure changes | Compare receipts, holds, reservations and prior releases before approving a Guangzhou stock adjustment. |
