When an order needs attention.
What if a backer changes a reward or address?
Identify the affected export revision and release wave. Confirm the preparation stage, then approve the corrected kit or receiving details before work continues.
What if one reward component is late?
Keep the affected kits separate from complete stock. The creator approves waiting, a revised wave or another explicitly accepted arrangement.
How is the software connection agreed?
Validate the order-transfer method, field mapping and tracking-return process for your actual setup. Agree the connection scope and responsible parties before using it for live orders.
