FULFILLMENT FIELD GUIDE

Your launch fulfillment plan

Prepare release waves for a campaign or crowdfunding project.

The working checklist.

Put the brief into action.

Use the launch draft to separate release waves, complete kit quantities and unresolved orders. Confirm the order-file version, destination responsibilities and approved release quantities before dispatch.

FROM CHECKLIST TO OPERATION

Prepare a release-ready campaign

Lock the bundle definition

Map each reward tier or offer to a complete component list, quantities and packing version. Keep revisions visible before the order file is handed over.

Reconcile supply with demand

Compare available components against confirmed orders. Keep ready bundles separate from shortages, address questions and other unresolved exceptions.

Agree the dispatch waves

Group accepted orders by stock readiness and destination. Confirm shipping scope, tracking handover and who approves each release wave.

Use a release gate for each wave

Inventory ready

Confirm that every required component is available and that held or disputed stock is excluded from the batch.

Order file approved

Review unique order references, address fields, SKU quantities and the approved packing version. Resolve duplicates and changes before release.

Handover defined

Agree the dispatch record, tracking format and exception owner. Match the merchant’s customer communication to the confirmed release status.

A PRACTICAL STARTING POINT

Launch release template

Download the blank TXT draft and complete it in your text editor. Keep supporting references or photos with the same version, then share it through WhatsApp or Telegram.

PLANNING GUIDANCE

Editorial scope and approvals.

This guide is SINO CEP Insight editorial guidance for preparing an accepted Guangzhou operation. The checklist and blank template are planning tools, not a receiving confirmation, inspection certificate, binding quotation or stock-release approval. Confirm the goods, work, charges and responsible approver with the team before execution.
