GUANGZHOU PRODUCT PREPARATION · COMPONENTS & PROTECTION
Home & lifestyle.
Complete sets. Planned protection.
Connect supplier component lists, visible-condition records and a protective packing sample before Guangzhou stock is released.
Prepare the supplier product brief.
- Product photos, materials, finish and fragile areas
- Components and quantities included in each sellable set
- Supplier carton contents and incoming packing method
- Agreed checks for components, surfaces and outer cartons
- Protective materials and parcel / bulk packing sample
- Finished pack weights, dimensions and release quantities
From supplier list to Guangzhou release.
- 01
List every component
Provide the merchant SKU, set contents and supplier carton list, including small parts and inserts.
- 02
Record visible exceptions
Agree component-count and visible-condition checks. Record missing parts, visible surface damage and affected outer cartons.
- 03
Review a finished packing sample
Confirm protection around the fragile areas and how parts are separated. Record the finished pack dimensions and weight.
- 04
Approve complete-stock release
Choose customer parcels or bulk cartons and the corresponding packing version. Hold incomplete or damaged sets until the merchant decides.
Keep the exception and decision together.
| Stock exception | Record and approve the next action |
|---|---|
| Part of a set is missing | Record the component shortage and affected sets. Approve supplier parts, a revised kit or return before releasing an incomplete set. |
| Visible damage or compromised packing | Review the evidence. Agree supplier correction, repacking, return or another recorded disposition. |
| Finished pack is larger or heavier | Review materials, dimensions, shipping scope and cost. Approve the change before the revised packs are dispatched. |
Reconcile complete sets, incomplete sets, unused components and held damaged units. Attach the finished packing version and measured weight and dimensions to the approved release.
