GUANGZHOU PRODUCT PREPARATION · MODEL & ACCESSORY MATCHING
Electronics & accessories.
The right model and set.
Map models, plugs, interfaces and included accessories to the supplier delivery, Guangzhou preparation and approved release.
Prepare the supplier product brief.
- Model / merchant SKU mapping, photos and specifications
- Plug, interface and accessory combination for each set
- Battery details and other product handling restrictions
- Serial references to record, if required in the agreed scope
- Visual checks and any separately agreed test method
- Packing version, product documents and actual destination
From supplier list to Guangzhou release.
- 01
Define the exact configuration
Ask suppliers to list the model, plug or interface and accessories for each merchant SKU. Identify batteries and handling needs.
- 02
Match models and contents
Agree the model and accessory-count checks, plus any serial recording. Record wrong configurations, missing parts and visible damage.
- 03
Approve checks and packing
Use the agreed visual-check or test scope. Confirm the label files, accessory assembly and protective packing version.
- 04
Release only the approved set
Resolve affected units and confirm the actual shipment acceptance. Connect model quantities, packing and merchant approval to the release.
Keep the exception and decision together.
| Stock exception | Record and approve the next action |
|---|---|
| Wrong plug, model or missing accessory | Record the affected configuration and quantity. Approve supplier correction, rework or return before allocating it to orders. |
| A test is requested or a check fails | Agree the test method and decision criteria before extra work. Keep affected stock held while the merchant reviews the recorded result. |
| Battery, product or route details change | Reconfirm goods acceptance, required information and shipping scope with the executing parties before release. |
Keep the model, plug and accessory combination with the receiving result and held quantity. Record approved changes separately; serial recording and tests follow the accepted scope.
