DESTINATION BRIEF

North America
Plan the route first.

Plan Guangzhou stock releases for an actual US or Canadian destination. Separate customer parcels from replenishment to your appointed warehouse, then confirm the goods, packing and receiving instructions.

US & Canada

Prepare a country-specific release.

Keep US and Canadian orders in separate destination groups. A North America total is useful for stock planning, but it does not identify the receiver, import arrangement or documents for a particular release.

Which country receives each SKU?

Provide a US or Canadian delivery address, state or province, postal code and contact. Split mixed-country order files before approving labels so one destination assumption cannot carry across the entire batch.

Who handles the entry and charges?

Name the merchant-appointed importer or clearance contact and the party responsible for duties, taxes and exceptions. Ask that party to review the product descriptions, values and origin information for the selected country.

Is this a home delivery or a booked receipt?

For customer orders, reconcile recipient details with the order-file version. For warehouse cartons, provide the appointed operator’s booking reference, receiving window and carton-label specification.

Where should an exception go?

Agree who answers address corrections, refused deliveries or a returned parcel. An overseas return address must be accepted by your appointed receiver; supplier returns and stock recovery in China use a separate workflow.

Choose the receiving model.

Customer parcels

  • Country split for US and Canadian orders, including address corrections
  • Order ID, SKU quantity and recipient record for each parcel
  • Approved contents, parcel label and merchant exception contact

Appointed warehouse replenishment

  • US or Canadian operator, warehouse address and booking reference
  • SKU-to-carton allocation, carton IDs and approved label sample
  • Importer contact and the receiver’s current instruction version

The Guangzhou team prepares China-held stock. Overseas receiving and return arrangements are confirmed with your merchant-appointed operator for the actual shipment.

Approve the final release record.

Record the final US/Canada split, parcel or carton identifiers, measured weights and the approved document version. Keep the named import and exception contacts beside the release approval so the Guangzhou handover can be traced to the intended receiver.
