From work instruction to release.

  1. 01

    Identify affected stock

Separate the selected quantity and state what must change.

  2. 02

    Approve the sample

Confirm the file version, placement, packaging and visible review criteria.

  3. 03

    Complete the agreed work

Track the batch and keep unresolved units separate.

  4. 04

    Reconcile the balance

Record completed quantities, held stock, remaining materials and release approval.

Control the instruction version.

When a label file or packing instruction changes, stop the affected batch. Record work already completed, approve any repeat work and reconcile remaining labels or materials before restarting.

Product and carton identifiers serve different purposes. Match each approved file to its SKU or carton reference and the merchant’s destination instructions.
