Reconcile China supplier stock
Identify supplier batches, count against the receiving brief and record unresolved goods. Use the approved available quantities for channel allocation.
- 02
Validate report and picking records
Use the order report with the approved SKU map. Keep multi-item rows under the same order and confirm addresses and item quantities.
- 03
Approve the campaign release
Separate reserved campaign units from routine orders and held stock. Confirm gifts, inserts and packing materials for the selected batch.
- 04
Reconcile against the report
Return actual SKU quantities, parcels and unresolved orders using the same store / order reference. Agree the merchant’s store-update process.
Record the decision before releasing affected stock.
| What changed | Merchant decision and next action |
|---|---|
| Picking document and order report differ | Reconcile their versions and identify the current approved item and recipient instructions before preparation. |
| A multi-item order appears several times | Use the complete order identity to reconcile rows and quantities; release only the approved remaining items. |
| Campaign gifts run short | Merchant approves waiting, a revised gift rule or a reduced release. Record which order batch uses the new decision. |
