The reviewed public site has no installed advertising pixels, visitor analytics or embedded chat widgets. Public browsing does not require an “accept all” tracking choice.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small values stored by a site in your browser and sent with relevant later requests. localStorage and sessionStorage are different browser-storage mechanisms. Browser caching, history, downloaded files and server records are distinct; deleting one does not necessarily delete the others.
This inventory describes the current SINO CEP Insight application reviewed on 6 October 2026. Names and lifetimes may vary with WordPress configuration and login choices. The stored expiry shown in your browser identifies the actual cookie on your device.
2. Current public browsing and inquiry flow
The current public theme does not intentionally set cookies for ordinary anonymous browsing or persist planning entries in localStorage or sessionStorage. WordPress separately uses the emoji-support cache listed below. No active WordPress plugins, visitor analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or embedded chat widgets were identified in the reviewed installation.
Contact links open WhatsApp or Telegram. The quotation brief and operation drafts are generated locally in the browser; they are shared only when you choose to send them through a separate channel.
No optional tracker settings panel is provided because those tracking categories are not installed. This describes the current configuration and does not authorize future tracking.
3. WordPress functional cookie inventory
| Name / category | Purpose and when used | Default lifetime / control |
|---|---|---|
| wpEmojiSettingsSupports (sessionStorage) | WordPress stores a timestamp and emoji rendering-support results for the current browser tab. It contains no inquiry or contact fields and is not an advertising profile. | Tab-scoped storage; normally cleared when the tab closes, subject to browser session restoration. The support test may be refreshed; it is not a timed deletion of business records. |
| wordpress_test_cookie | First-party check of cookie support when visiting the login page; no inquiry text. | Session; cleared according to the browser session. |
| wordpress_[hash], wordpress_sec_[hash], wordpress_logged_in_[hash] | First-party authentication for signed-in WordPress users. Exact names depend on installation and HTTPS. | Normally browser-session cookies, or up to 14 days with Remember Me; WordPress can use a short grace period. Logout invalidates the authentication session. |
| wp-settings-[user_id], wp-settings-time-[user_id] | First-party administrative interface preferences for authenticated users. | Normally one year; removable in browser site-data settings. |
| wp_lang | First-party login-screen language preference when that feature is used. | Normally session duration. |
| wp-postpass_[hash] | First-party access to a password-protected post if that feature is used. It is not a public visitor advertising cookie. | Normally 10 days under WordPress defaults; configuration can change it. |
These are functional WordPress cookies or rendering storage, not an assertion that every listed cookie is set on every visit. The current public pages do not offer a comment form or visitor registration flow. Staff authentication is separate from ordinary browsing.
4. Tools, server logs and downloaded files
Quotation briefs and operation-record drafts are generated in your browser. Copying a draft uses your clipboard on request. Neither action submits a business inquiry. Context parameters in navigation URLs can appear in request logs and browser history.
Requests for pages and downloads reach the website server. Technical logs and business records are separate from cookies; see the Privacy Policy.
Downloads, browser cache, autofill and history are controlled through your device. Clearing a cookie does not delete a downloaded file, clipboard contents or an attachment already shared in a chat.
5. External links and provider storage
The WhatsApp and Telegram contact buttons and locally hosted QR images are links, not embedded chat sessions. Viewing the QR image does not automatically send the team your inventory details.
WordPress may also request fallback emoji images from s.w.org automatically when the browser cannot render an icon. That image request can reveal IP address, browser details and applicable request headers to the image provider. It is separate from an advertising pixel and from clicking a chat link. Opening a messaging, corporate, platform or carrier link visits another service, which may set its own cookies and collect technical information under its policies. This site’s cookie controls cannot clear storage on those domains. No message is sent merely because you open the link.
6. How to inspect, block or delete storage
- Use your browser’s privacy or site-data settings to inspect cookies for this site, remove individual cookies or clear site data. Your browser’s developer tools can show cookie names and expiry values.
- Blocking authentication cookies can prevent staff login. Clearing them may sign you out; it does not remove business correspondence or service records.
- Public guides and direct contact links do not depend on a saved advertising preference. Browser storage restrictions or clipboard permissions may affect device-specific behavior.
- Manage WhatsApp, Telegram and other providers’ site data and privacy choices separately. Request review of our retained business records through the privacy contact channels.
If you find an unexpected cookie, send its name, the page where you noticed it and your browser type. Do not send authentication values, session tokens or a screenshot containing private credentials.
7. Future features, consent and updates
Before introducing optional analytics, advertising, third-party embeds or new storage functions, the operator must review their purposes, recipients, lifetimes and applicable requirements, update this inventory, and provide any legally required controls before activation. Where consent is required, optional storage must wait for a valid choice and withdrawal must be available.
Simply continuing to browse is not treated by this notice as consent to future tracking. Required service functionality and any legally available exemptions must be assessed for the actual technology and jurisdiction.
For cookie or storage questions, use “Privacy request — SINO CEP Insight” in a direct chat. This policy was updated on 6 October 2026; the privacy and legal pages provide the related contact and data information.
