GUANGZHOU CHINA 3PL · GROWING D2C STORES
Your Shopify orders.
Prepared in Guangzhou.
Coordinate variants, order exports, packaging and tracking handover.
Start with your actual order flow.
Start with a sample Shopify order export. Confirm how paid orders, edits, cancellations and refunds reach the fulfillment team.
The launch checklist.
- Variant-level SKU mapping
- Order, recipient and shipping-method fields
- Bundle and insert rules
- Tracking handover and cancellation cutoff
China stock to approved release.
- 01
Receive supplier variants
Connect supplier cartons and expected variants to the Guangzhou receiving record. Unchecked or held stock stays outside the approved order allocation.
- 02
Match store and stock
Map the store variant reference and merchant SKU to the received Guangzhou SKU. Resolve missing or conflicting references before picking.
- 03
Approve the order batch
Use the approved file version and release status. Keep edits, cancellations, bundle contents and insert rules connected to the same order.
- 04
Return the dispatch record
Reconcile actual SKU quantities and parcel references by order. Agree how your team receives tracking and updates the store.
Plan for the detail that changes the order.
A campaign sells the same item in three colors. Keep the storefront variant ID connected to the warehouse SKU so the pick instruction remains unambiguous.

| Record to validate | Merchant inputs and approval |
|---|---|
| Variant mapping | Provide a sample order file and variant / merchant SKU list. Approve the match to Guangzhou stock, including orders with several line items. |
| Release and change states | Define the payment and fulfillment states your team uses for release. Agree how edited, cancelled and previously released orders are identified. |
| Packing instructions | Provide the current bundle, gift and insert rules. Approve the packing version and which orders it applies to. |
| Dispatch return | Agree store / order references, actual quantities, parcels, tracking and held-order reasons, plus who updates the store. |
When an order needs attention.
What if one order has several line items?
Keep all line items attached to the same store and order reference. Validate the example file so a repeated order header does not become another shipment.
What if a variant changes after the batch is approved?
Identify the affected order and new file version. Check the preparation stage, then approve the corrected allocation or an available hold before further work.
How is the software connection agreed?
Validate the order-transfer method, field mapping and tracking-return process for your actual setup. Agree the connection scope and responsible parties before using it for live orders.
Prepare the channel handover.
Bring a sample from your actual Shopify workflow. Start with the channel selected, add supplier and stock details, then review the proposed operation with the Guangzhou team.
