Build the dispatch plan around the actual country, recipient and product. Prepare Guangzhou stock for customer parcels or an agreed handover to your appointed receiving operator.
Asia Pacific contains different receiving markets. Build the brief around the selected country, the product composition and the actual delivery address, then confirm the parcel or replenishment arrangement for that shipment.
What is inside the product and packaging?
Give the product description and material details. Flag batteries, liquids, powders, food, cosmetics, wood or other handling-sensitive contents early so the appointed carrier and receiving party can review acceptance before packing is finalized.
Can the recipient record be used as supplied?
Provide the complete local address, postal code where applicable, telephone and the recipient or business name. Include the receiver’s preferred address format and clarify how the merchant will resolve missing or inconsistent fields.
Which country’s official process applies?
Ask your importer or adviser to check the selected destination’s current procedures and product requirements. Japan Customs and the Australian Border Force are reference examples below; they are not a shared rulebook for the whole region.
Does the stock need a separate destination version?
For multi-country campaigns, group orders by receiving country and approved packing/label version. For warehouse stock, obtain the nominated operator’s booking and label instructions before assigning carton numbers.
Choose the receiving model.

Country-level SKU allocation, packing version and exception owner
The Guangzhou team prepares China-held stock. Overseas receiving and return arrangements are confirmed with your merchant-appointed operator for the actual shipment.
Approve the final release record.
Approve a country-level stock allocation and the accepted handling/packing version. Replace estimates with measured parcel or carton data and attach the recipient or operator instruction reference before the Guangzhou team releases the goods.
