Plan each European or UK destination against the actual goods and receiving model. Connect Guangzhou packing and release records to the selected customer parcel or warehouse handover.
Identify the actual European country before allocating stock. For UK releases, record whether the receiver is in Great Britain or Northern Ireland; use the relevant official guidance and the instructions of the appointed importer.
Which receiving territory is on the order?
Group EU, Great Britain, Northern Ireland and other European destinations separately for review. A single “Europe” label does not give the country or the receiving territory needed for the shipment paperwork.
Which party approves the import information?
Ask your merchant-appointed importer or adviser to confirm the commodity description, classification, origin, customs value and applicable registrations. Record the approved version in the release brief rather than treating warehouse preparation as a tax determination.
Which product and label version is approved?
Identify the product-specific documents and destination labeling that your responsible party requires. Give Guangzhou the approved artwork and unit/carton placement instructions; keep destination versions separate from packaging used for another country.
Who can accept the receiving appointment?
For replenishment, obtain the operator’s address, booking and delivery instructions. For direct orders, agree the recipient-data format and the party who resolves duty, delivery or return questions.
Choose the receiving model.
Customer parcels
Actual country or UK receiving territory on each order
Destination-approved product and packing versions
Named merchant owner for delivery, import-charge and return questions
The Guangzhou team prepares China-held stock. Overseas receiving and return arrangements are confirmed with your merchant-appointed operator for the actual shipment.
Approve the final release record.
Keep the country/territory, importer approval reference and destination packing version on the final release record. Reconcile SKU quantities and carton identifiers with the booked receiving instructions before authorizing dispatch.
