FULFILLMENT FIELD GUIDE

Your first China stock shipment

Create a receiving brief before supplier dispatch.

The working checklist.

Put the brief into action.

Use the receiving draft to separate each supplier arrival. Keep supplier, SKU, carton and expected-quantity references together before asking the team to confirm acceptance and receiving instructions.

Prepare the China supplier handover.

FROM CHECKLIST TO OPERATION

Before the supplier dispatches

Identify each delivery

Keep supplier name, purchase reference, SKU variants, expected units and carton count together for each incoming batch.

Agree the receiving plan

Confirm the accepted goods, receiving reference, address and delivery arrangements with the Guangzhou team before giving instructions to suppliers.

Define the checks

Specify whether you need a quantity count, visible-condition review, relabeling or additional agreed inspection. Identify who can approve exceptions.

Review exceptions before stock release

Short count

Compare counted stock with the delivery reference. Record the difference and ask the merchant to confirm supplier follow-up or the accepted balance.

Mixed or unclear SKUs

Hold the affected units for identification. Confirm the SKU mapping before stock is available for order picking.

Visible damage

Record the observed condition and segregate the affected stock pending instructions. Agree whether further checks or supplier return are required.

A PRACTICAL STARTING POINT

Download the blank TXT draft and complete it in your text editor. Keep supporting references or photos with the same version, then share it through WhatsApp or Telegram.

PLANNING GUIDANCE

Editorial scope and approvals.

This guide is SINO CEP Insight editorial guidance for preparing an accepted Guangzhou operation. The checklist and blank template are planning tools, not a receiving confirmation, inspection certificate, binding quotation or stock-release approval. Confirm the goods, work, charges and responsible approver with the team before execution.
