Bring the actual destination country, goods and receiving party into the Guangzhou release brief. Review customer parcels and bulk replenishment separately before approving a shipment.
For a destination outside the regional pages, start with an exact country and city. Middle East, Latin America and Africa are planning groupings, not route acceptance lists. The first review needs the actual goods and receiving party.
Can the route be reviewed from the available information?
Provide the country, city, postal code or local address format and a contact who can receive the shipment. Name any required receiving date as a target; it is not an accepted delivery commitment before the route review.
What does the receiving party need to check?
Send product descriptions, composition, quantities, origin and declared values to your appointed importer or receiving adviser. Ask for current country-specific documentation, product acceptance and label instructions in writing.
Who owns each part of the shipment?
Separate Guangzhou receiving/packing from transport, destination clearance, duties and final receipt. Identify a contact for each responsibility so a missing approval can be resolved before stock is released.
What happens if the proposed route is not accepted?
Keep the stock on hold while you revise the destination, product scope or receiving arrangement. Agree whether goods remain in Guangzhou or follow an approved China stock-recovery workflow; do not dispatch against an unconfirmed receiver.
Choose the receiving model.
Customer parcels
Exact country and address format, with a reachable recipient
Product composition and an explicitly estimated parcel profile
Merchant approval for the reviewed route and exception handling
The Guangzhou team prepares China-held stock. Overseas receiving and return arrangements are confirmed with your merchant-appointed operator for the actual shipment.
Approve the final release record.
Use the initial brief to obtain shipment-specific acceptance, then replace estimates with final counts, measurements, label versions and receiver instructions. A release is ready only when the named approval owners have resolved the outstanding questions.
Ask the appointed importer for the official customs and relevant product-regulator guidance for the actual country. Keep that source and the receiving instruction version with the approved brief.
