RECURRING KITS · CHINA SUPPLIERS · GUANGZHOU

Keep every cycle consistent.

Bring each cycle’s China supplier components and packing materials into Guangzhou. Approve the current kit, prepare the supported quantities and reconcile leftovers before the next cycle.

The Guangzhou workflow for this operation.

  1. 01

Define the cycle and component plan

Identify the cycle, box contents, units per kit, subscriber quantities and component arrival dates.

  2. 02

    Reconcile components and carryover

Separate new supplier receipts from approved prior-cycle stock. Identify the complete kit quantity and any missing component.

  3. 03

    Approve this cycle’s assembly

Confirm substitutes, inserts, packing sample and order file. Hold affected kits until any missing-component decision is recorded.

  4. 04

    Release and reconcile the remainder

Approve the cycle’s batch and destination plan. Record completed kits, held orders, unused components and carryover decisions.

Decisions to confirm before release.

Substitutions and incomplete kits

The merchant approves any replacement component and revised kit version. A missing item does not authorize an automatic substitution.

Subscriber file and packing cutoff

Agree the cycle cutoff date and time for the named subscriber file and packing version. Review late cancellations, address changes, gifts and inserts against actual preparation status; identify any superseded file or kit version.

What carries into the next cycle

Record component batches, quantities and the approval reference for carryover, replacement stock and materials. Confirm their allocation separately from the next cycle’s new arrivals.

Tie each cycle to its component batches, kit version and file cutoff. Carryover stock becomes available for the new cycle only under the merchant’s recorded allocation decision.

Use the operation approval record

Connect the China services you need.

Bring a scenario-specific planning brief.

Use the cycle draft to reconcile approved carryover and new components, the kit version, subscriber-file cutoff and complete kits available for release. Copy the completed draft into chat, or open an inquiry with a shorter checklist.
